Online Poker World Bids Adieu to Poker Heaven

15900

Poker Heaven, previous members of Boss Media and Ongame poker networks, is going to close down on the coming November 12th as a result of the silo-intensive European player pools that have greatly affected the decade-old company.

On last year’s January, Poker Heaven joined the Microgaming Poker Network (MPN). The growing regulation in European online poker market and other ‘environmental’ factors, which caused a considerable decrease in revenue, are being seen as the major reasons behind this closure by the operator.

Poker Heaven will let players retrieve their account balance until Thursday, November 19 from their account. You can also get back your funds after 19th by emailing them at [email protected], though processing after that date may take a little more time. However, no tournament ticket will carry value after November 12 and outstanding loyalty points will not remain valid from this month, and these will not be refunded in other ways either.

Though Poker Heaven is out of Microgaming, you still have 27 other skins there such as Betsafe, OlyBet, Stan James and Bet Victor. You can also participate in MPN’s live tournament circuit called the Microgaming Poker Network Poker Tour (MPNPT), which, after successfully pulling off events at Tallinn and Tbilisi this year, is going to arrange a festival in Vienna from January 21st to 24th. The €550 Main Event will carry a €200,000 guarantee.

Poker Heaven is redirecting its players to another skin in the same network, Betsafe, who are offering a number of promotions to the newcomers. If you used to play at Poker Heaven, you will be eligible for this fantastic range of offers – a €5 free cash without any deposit, a €2000 added freeroll on November 22, a €500 welcome bonus, 10 free spins on Starburst Slot and as much as 30% monthly cashback.
